How long does shipping take?
We are a Made-to-Order company, meaning that the item(s) are not produced until after your order is placed.
This helps us reduce waste and protect the environment.
We truly believe that you will find our products to be worth the wait!
Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to produce, therefore, we ask for up to 6 business days before your order ships out to you.
Shipping times then vary by location but typically take 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders $79+.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the USA only.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only if they have not entered the production queue. Contact us at hello@hometahn.com immediately to request changes.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How do you handle lost shipments?
Contact us at hello@hometahn.com if you believe your package is lost in transit. We will make all attempts to locate the package with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, no sweat, we will make it right!
My package was damaged in transit. Now what?
Contact our Customer Service team at hello@hometahn.com, answer a few questions, and we will do everything we can to make sure you get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

How do I find my size?

How should I care for my garments?
Upon receipt, remove tags carefully with scissors.
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach to keep colors vibrant.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes! We condemn the use of any materials in connection with human rights abuses. That's why we ALWAYS make sure our products are 100% ethically sourced.
