Shipping & Processing Policy

Please read our Return Policy below before contacting us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be (1) in New Condition, (2) unworn and unused, (3) with tags, (4) without signs of wear such as stains, tears, stretched fabric, holes, etc. You will also need the receipt, invoice, order #, or other proof of purchase. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 7 days is based on the date your package is marked as delivered per the tracking information on the carriers website.

Damage and item issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Limited Edition or Limited Run items, or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please be sure to review the sizing chart for the item before purchasing. If you need to do an exchange for any reason, please contact us at hello@hometahn.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
